My healthy turkey chili kind of wing the recipe but the idea is….I always make a double batch to give some to friends or freeze it.
first in pan:
extra lean ground turkey (2 packages) 2 yellow onions, 5 celery stalks, 4 garlic cloves, 1 1/4 pack of chili seasoning, teaspoon dry mustard powder
next in large pot put that in with:
2 large cans crushed tomatoes, 2 cans of beans (i always switch bean kind and sometimes I use more and sometimes I use none), white wine vinegar (to taste but pour pretty heavy) one can chopped chilis
simmer for hour’ish
